"James showed up right on time, was super nice, and solved an electrical issue that I had very quickly. I was so impressed and surprised to find an electrician that was good at his job. I gave him a terrible review once he left because I tripped over my dog and broke my wrist and I couldn't be mad at the dog, so I took it out on James since I could be mean online and there would be no consequences for my actions.
